1、    建筑专业本科或以上学历；
2、    从事本专业设计工作10年以上，并独立主持或承担过大中型工程项目的设计；
3、    具有国家一级注册建筑师资格证、高级技术职称；
4、    有甲级院工作经验，并具有丰富的建筑设计以及施工图设计经验；
5、    有团队管理能力及团队建设经验；
6、    乐于接受新事物并具有创新意识；
7、    如有特殊才能者，以上资格标准可适当放宽。

1、Minimum  bachelor  degree  in  Architecture;
2、Minimum  10  years  of  working  experience  in  the  related  field,  management  of  medium  and  large  scale  projects  design  independently;
3、Having  country  level  1  registered  architect  certificate  and  high-level  professional  title;
4、Have  working  experience  in  the  A-class  large  institute  of  design  and  rich  experience  in  architectural  design  and  construction  documents  design;
5、Having  team  building  capacity  and  experience  of  team  building;
6、Accept  new  things  with  pleasure,  and  having  creativity  consciousness;
7、If  you  have  special  talent,  the  above  standard  could  be  extended  the  limitation.
