1、    建筑专业本科或以上学历；
2、    具有4年以上的实际工作经验（有过外企创作设计经验者优先），熟悉国内现行各类规划建筑设计规范，有独立的完成方案深入能力（有扩初和施工图经验者优先）；
3、    具有一级注册建筑师资格证、中级技术职称及以上者优先；
4、    具有良好的方案原创及深化能力，责任心强；
5、    扎实的建筑设计基本功，及深厚的建筑空间和体型设计修养；
6、    对当前中国规划和建筑有独到的见解和深刻的认识；
7、    具有合作精神（做过项目负责人的为佳）；
8、    熟练掌握CAD  Sketch  up  Photoshop  office等必要工作软件，且具有相当的徒手草图能力。

1、Minimum  bachelor  degree  in  Architecture;
2、Minimum  4  years  of  working  experience  in  the  related  field  (preferably  in  a  foreign  company),  being  familiar  with  the  current  regulations  of  planning  and  architecture.  Having  the  ability  of  completing  a  program  independently;
3、Having  country  level  1  registered  architect  certificate  and  middle-level  professional  title  is  priority;
4、Ability  of  original,  creative  and  developed  design.  Having  a  strong  sense  of  responsibility;
5、Having  good  basic  skills  of  architectural  design  and  space  and  having  the  ability  of  accomplishing  project  designs;
6、Having  insightful  views  and  profound  knowledge  of  current  Chinese  planning  and  architecture;
7、Having  a  teamwork  spirit  (preferably  with  an  experience  as  project  leader)
8、Good  skills  in  AutoCAD,  MS  Office,  Sketch  up,  Photoshop,  etc；
Good  skills  in  making  hand  drawings.
