3.  熟悉使用设计和效果图软件

4.  很强的手绘能力

5.  基本的英语知识（口语和书面）

6.  创新性设计概念和理念

7.  良好的现场沟通经验和实现设计理念的能力

8.  有学校项目经验的优先考虑

Senior  Interior  Designer



Responsibilities:

Independently  design  interior  decoration  for  office,  industrial,  educational  and  residential  projects,  from  Conceptual  Design  to  Detailed  Design.



Qualifications:

1.  At  least  5  years  interior  design  working  experience

2.  At  least  College  graduate  in  interior  design  or  construction  design  or  related  disciplines

3.  Familiar  in  using  design  and  renderings  software

4.  Strong  ability  in  drawing  by  hands

5.  Basic  knowledge  of  the  English  language  (oral  and  written)

6.  Innovative  design  concepts  and  ideas

7.  Good  site  communication  experience  and  the  capability  to  realize  design  idea

8.  Experience  with  School  Project  will  be  preferred
