职责：

1.  进行概念设计、初步设计、详图设计的阶段进行设计及深化

2.  协助高级建筑师联络业主、设计院、相关政府部门，解决与协调设计问题

3.  项目施工过程中配合项目经理及高级建筑师进行技术支持



任职资格：

1.  建筑学及相关专业毕业至少3年工作经验

2.  有设计院或境外设计事务所工作经验

3.  熟悉各类建筑设计规范及施工规范；

4.  熟悉各类建筑材料；

5.  能够熟练使用各种设计软件；

6  英语读写熟练



Job  description:

1.  Design  Elaboration  and  improvement  in  the  Design  Phase  of  Conceptual  Design,  Preliminary  Design  and  Detail  Design

2.  Assist  senior  architects  to  liaise  with  client,  local  design  institute  and  government  to  clarify  and  solve  technical  design  issues

3.  Support  the  project  manager  and  senior  architect  during  the  project  construction  phase



Job  qualification:

1.  Degree  in  architecture  and  related  major,  at  least  3  years’  working  experience

2.  Experiences  in  design  institutes  or  international  architecture  offices

3.  Familiar  with  building  design  and  construction  regulations

4.  Familiar  with  building  materials

5.  Expert  in  design  software

6.  Fluent  in  written  and  oral  English
