1.  负责中小型建筑方案创作，并对其进行深化设计  

2.  负责指导配合人员完成模型、效果图，分析图及文本排版设计  

3.  联络业主、设计院、相关政府部门，解决与协调设计问题  

4.  审查设计院提供的各阶段图纸

5.  带领团队完成设计进程

6.  项目施工过程中的技术支持

  

任职资格：  

1.  建筑学及相关专业毕业至少3年工作经验  

2.  扎实的建筑设计基本功，及深厚的建筑空间和体型设计修养  

3.  较强的规划及设计能力、可对项目方案进行良好的把握及与客户沟通的能力  

4.  与团队合作完成建筑设计方案  

5.  熟悉各类建筑设计规范及施工规范  

6.  熟悉各类建筑材料  

7.  良好的职业素养、责任心强、逻辑清晰、善于沟通、组织及协调各方  

8.  了解项目操作流程，设计表现及表达能力良好，后期落地能力扎实  


    

Chief  Architect  


    

Responsibilities:  

1.  Responsible  for  the  creation  of  small  and  medium-sized  architectural  proposals  and  design  development  

3.  Liaise  with  client,  local  design  institute  and  government  to  clarify  technical  design  issues  

4.  Check  each  phase  drawings  provided  by  the  local  design  institute  

5.  Lead  the  team  to  complete  the  design  

6.  Support  during  construction  phase  of  the  project        


    

Qualification:  

1.  Degree  in  architecture  and  related  major,  at  least  3  years’  working  experience  

2.  Have  a  solid  architectural  design  skills,  deep  knowledge  of  architectural  space  and  shape  design  

3.  Have  strong  program  ideas,  program  explanations,  and  customer  communication  skills  

4.  Experiences  in  design  institutes  or  international  architecture  offices  

5.  Familiar  with  building  design  and  construction  regulations  

6.  Familiar  with  building  materials  

7.  Have  professional  ethics,  high  sense  of  responsibility,  clear  thinking,  good  communication,  organizing  and  coordination  ability  

8.  Have  good  understand  of  the  project  operation  process,  good  design  performance,  expression  ability,  and  solid  implementation  ability  in  the  later  stage
