岗位职责：

带领项目工程师团队，并负责项目管理：从设计到施工、设备测试与试运行，最终至项目移交；
准备招投标文件，参加招投标相关会，协助合同谈判；
协调并管理项目建筑师和设计院，确保设计的交付质量；
与当地政府审批部门及办公室保持良好沟通，完成项目相关审批流程和报建；
与业主保持紧密合作，以确保满足项目的目标及需求；
引导整个项目团队（建筑师、工程师），确保项目在合理预算，并满足相关安全质量的要求下按时完成


任职资格：

工程专业（土木，结构，建筑）背景
流利的英文听、说、读、写水平
良好的沟通技巧
7年以上在中国的工业项目管理经验（化工类厂房优先）
外国投资项目管理经验
具有外资项目管理公司工作经验
熟悉项目政府审批流程
熟悉国外项目标准、要求和建筑技术
愿意在国内出差
可以独立管理项目
Responsibility:

Leading  a  project  team  of  engineers,  manage  the  project  design  as  well  as  the  construction,  untility  testing,  commissioning  and  hand  over;
Prepare  tendering  and  bidding  documents,  participate  in  tendering  and  bidding  meetings,  assist  contract  negotiations;
Coordinate  and  manage  Project  Architects  and  Local  Design  Institutes  to  ensure  design  quality;
Liaison  with  local  authorities  and  government  offices  for  application  procedures  and  permitting  related  to  the  project;
Close  cooperation  with  the  client  to  ensure  project  targets  and  requirements;
Leading  engineers,  designers  and  the  whole  project  team  to  finish  project  on  time,  within  budget  and  meeting  relevant  safety  and  quality  requirement;
Job  Qualification:

University  degree  in  engineering  (civil,  structural,  architecture);
Fluent  in  English/Chinese  oral  and  written;
Good  communication  skills;
At  least  7  years  of  PM  experience  on  Industrial  Projects  in  China  (Chemical  plant  project  experience  preferred);
PM  experience  on  foreign  invested  projects;
Working  for  foreign  PMC  firm  before;
Familiar  with  authority  procedures  related  to  the  project;
Familiar  with  foreign  project  standards,  requirements  and  building  techniques;
Willing  to  travel  within  China;
Independent  in  handling  projects
